Terms of Service

By accessing or using AI Web GPT (the “Service”), operated by Hera Corporation KK (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AI Web GPT is a software-as-a-service platform that crawls, indexes, and enables conversational retrieval over your website and documents. The Service may be accessed through our web dashboard, an embeddable chat widget, or messaging integrations such as WhatsApp Business.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• Crawl or index content you do not own or have permission to process
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or circumvent the Service
• Upload malicious code or submit content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringing
• Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or messages that violate WhatsApp's or Meta's policies
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled from your account dashboard. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You retain all rights to the content you submit, including crawled pages, uploaded documents, and messages. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of operating the Service for you — for example, generating search indexes and answering end-user queries. We do not sell your content.

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Stripe (payments), Google Cloud / Firebase (infrastructure), and Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform (messaging). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective provider's terms and privacy policies.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use personal data. You can delete your account and associated data at any time by following the steps in our Data Deletion Instructions.

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Hera Corporation KK and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any right in our marks or proprietary technology beyond the limited right to use the Service as provided.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately; sections intended to survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) remain in effect.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hera Corporation KK will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by posting a notice on this page. Continued use of the Service after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
